Forms and the data we collect
When you use a form on our website, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, interests, and the details of your situation. We send form submissions securely through Zapier to our Solidarity Tech constituent relationship management system so our team can respond and organize our work. Newsletter sign-ups may also be processed by Mailchimp for double opt-in. Donations and payment information are handled directly by Solidarity Tech under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and run our campaigns. We never sell your information.
Analytics
If we measure website traffic, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not track you across other sites or build a profile about you.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. Contact us and we will take care of it.

Information we collect
When you contact us or use a form, including legal intake, problem solvers, volunteer applications, petitions, event registration, story sharing, and newsletter sign-up, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact information, preferences, and relevant details. We never ask about your immigration status.
How we use and keep it
We use your information only to respond to you, provide services, organize events and campaigns, and improve our work. We keep it no longer than needed for those purposes and never sell it. Website forms use Zapier to send approved contact, consent, and category fields to our Solidarity Tech CRM; sensitive narratives are kept out of CRM notes and delivered only to authorized staff. Newsletter sign-ups are also handled by Mailchimp, and donations are processed by Solidarity Tech.
